TA：拉特克利夫主导曼联新球场建设，建设周期5年&欧洲第二大球场

3月11日讯 曼联将建造10万人新球场取代老特拉福德，预计耗资20亿英镑，建设周期为5年，TA撰文对球场进行介绍。

TA表示，这一决定由部分所有者拉特克利夫主导，新球场预计耗资20亿英镑，超过热刺10亿英镑的球场建设成本，建成后将成为欧洲第二大足球场，仅次于巴塞罗那的诺坎普。

该项目采用模块化设计，预计在2030-31赛季前完工。建筑设计包括三座塔楼和一个巨大的“伞”形顶篷，将建在曼联已拥有的100英亩土地上。资金来源尚不明确，但可能包括商业贷款和命名权销售（预计每年可带来1500万英镑）。

这一计划得到了52%球迷的支持，项目不仅限于球场建设，还包括更广泛的城市复兴计划，预计创造1.7万个新住房和9万个就业机会，为英国经济增加73亿英镑。
